Senator Oliverio moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 3a, after line 45, by adding a new subsection (d), to read as follows:

(d) Unless specified by the United States Department of Agriculture’s Child Nutrition Programs, added sugar limits provided in subsection (c) shall not apply to:

(1) Class I milk, at all fat levels, all flavors;

(2) Commodity food specifically made available by the United States Department of Agriculture, which includes high protein yogurt and a selection of cheeses;

And,

By re-lettering the remaining subsections.
